LEARNING THE TRENCHES

01 / RESEARCH CONTEXT

Launchpads and bonding curves

A launchpad token climbs a bonding curve until the curve fills, then its liquidity migrates into a normal DEX pool. Which stage a token is in changes the chart, the fees and how hard it is to get out. Learn the mechanics before you learn the memes.

02 / RESEARCH CONTEXT

FOMO and the Fomo app

FOMO describes fear of missing out. Fomo is also the name of a social crypto trading app. Both belong in the conversation, but they are different: one is a decision-making pressure, the other is a platform. A feed is built to show you activity worth reacting to. Pause before turning someone else’s trade into your own.

03 / RESEARCH CONTEXT

Bundles and snipers

A bundle lands several transactions in the same block, so one operator can buy from many fresh wallets before anyone else reacts. Read a bundled-supply percentage as “this much was taken at the start”, then look at where those wallets were funded from and whether they consolidate. A low number is not proof of a fair launch.

04 / RESEARCH CONTEXT

Look out for rugs

Check mint and freeze authority, token extensions such as transfer fees or a permanent delegate, and whether liquidity is burned, locked or still withdrawable. Look at the deployer’s previous launches and the age of the socials. These checks remove common failure modes; they never establish that a token is safe.

05 / RESEARCH CONTEXT

Read the narrative

Trace the first source, its timestamp, who is repeating it and the incentive behind the story. Keep facts, interpretation and predictions separate. A meta spreads faster than the evidence needed to judge it, and copies of a narrative launch within hours of the original.

06 / RESEARCH CONTEXT

Wallet and X / Twitter trackers

Start with the complete public address and the network, and separate observed actions from assumptions about identity, intent or profit. Organise social sources with Lists and a written claim log. A tracker is an incomplete view of public activity, not proof that copying an address will produce the same outcome. This site offers no live tracker feed or integration.

Independent educational commentary. No affiliation with Fomo, Axiom, pump.fun, X / Twitter or any launchpad, scanner or tracker. No platform subscriptions, live tracker feeds, private account access or trading execution are included.
